As a husband, father, veteran, and entrepreneur, he leads with authenticity, empathy, and purpose. Curtis is the Founder and CEO of Nu Collar Solutions, LLC—a values-driven firm providing coaching for young men (ages 12–19), personal and executive coaching for adult men (20–60), family empowerment sessions, and consulting for schools, nonprofits, and corporate organizations. Known for his gift of listening and relational depth, Curtis facilitates growth through one-on-one sessions, dynamic workshops, and strategic engagements. His passion for learning, laughter, and legacy-building informs every interaction, helping clients align who they are with who they’re called to become.
